Rayne Frequently Asked Questions

How do I replace my Rayne RO filters?

We carry filters compatible with specific 3-stage Rayne reverse osmosis systems. Click on the image of the 3-stage system above. You'll be taken to a page that provides manuals or instructions. General filter replacement instructions are available here.

How do I order replacement filters for my Rayne RO drinking water filtration system?

If you own a Rayne 3-stage RO drinking water system, click on the RO system image above. Please Note: Standard Rayne/Microline systems use standard Microline filters. Newer Rayne/Microline systems use pre and post filters designated with "RC". Such as S7028-RC. If your system requires the "RC" filters, the standard Rayne/Microline Filters we offer will not fit.

Please look at the owners manual that you received with your Rayne under-sink system. If your manual shows the part numbers S7011, S7028, and S7025 without the "RC", the filters we offer will fit your system.

Keep in mind that the RO membrane usually only needs to be replaced every two years, while the sediment and carbon filters are replaced every 6-12 months depending on water usage and water quality.

Which Rayne membrane or filters do I need for my RO filter system?

Consult the owner's manual that came with your Rayne under-sink system. If your manual lists the part numbers S7011, S7028, and S7025 without the "RC" suffix, then the filters we provide are compatible with your system. If you have any questions, please call our customer support team at 877-377-9876. We're available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Central Time.
