Hydrotech Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change out my Hydrotech RO filters and membrane?

Start by selecting your reverse osmosis system above. You'll be taken to a page that provides manuals or instructions for your specific model. We offer general RO filter replacement instructions, but are not specific to Hydrotech units.

How do I order replacement filters for my Hydrotech RO drinking water filtration system?

Start by clicking on the photo of your Hydrotech system above. From there, you can add the needed filters to your cart. In some cases, you can save time by ordering all of the needed filters in one "filter kit" (not available for all Hydrotech models). Keep in mind that the RO membrane usually only needs to be replaced every two years, while the sediment and carbon filters are replaced every 6-12 months depending on water usage and water quality.

Which Hydrotech membrane and filters do I need?

Select your Hydrotech RO unit from the list above. You will be taken to a new page that shows the available membrane and filters for your RO system. Be sure to select the correct membrane size (listed in GPD or gallons per day). If you have any questions, please call our customer support team at 877-377-9876. We're available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Central Time.
